What this website is

Samui Stay is a content and marketing website. It publishes guides, explanations and descriptions of long-term rentals on Koh Samui, and it links to the separate Samui Stay application where searching, booking and paying actually happen.

Using this site creates no rental relationship

Browsing these pages, following our guides or reading our figures does not make you a tenant, make us your agent or form any contract for accommodation with anyone. Nothing on this site is an offer to rent you a property. A rental relationship only ever begins inside the booking application, on the terms presented there at the moment you agree them.

Where rental terms actually live

Every condition that would govern a stay - rent, deposit handling, lease length, house rules, cancellations - is set out in the booking application as part of booking that specific property. We deliberately do not reproduce those conditions here, because two copies of contractual terms will eventually disagree, and the application's copy is the one that counts.

About the information we publish

We write every guide ourselves from lived experience and audited inventory data, and we date our market figures so you can judge their age. The rental market moves, though: prices change, homes leave the inventory and districts evolve. Content here is provided in good faith for information, not as a guarantee about any specific property, price or outcome.

Property photographs and listings

Descriptions of partner properties summarise documentation the partners provide. Photographs belong to the partners who supplied them. If you believe content on this site misrepresents your property, contact us and we will review it.

Changes to this site and these terms

We improve the site continuously, which means pages move, figures get refreshed against newer audits and sections get rewritten. The version of these terms displayed here applies to your use of the site at the time you use it.
